Big Nasty Cakes began with Praise Outing sharing her signature cakes with customers at her father's San Antonio restaurant, Mark's Outing. What started inside a beloved local burger spot quickly grew into something customers wanted to take home, share, and celebrate with.

Today, Praise is growing Big Nasty Cakes through pop-ups, advance pickup orders, whole cakes, catering, and bulk orders — while keeping every flavor bold, familiar, and unmistakably Big Nasty.
